Our property cleanout estimates are based on the amount of “stuff” we have to clear, how long it will take for our crew to clear the areas as well as the disposal costs. You’ll always get upfront pricing with no hidden fees before we start the cleanout process.
Do I need to be on-site during the cleanout process?
No. Once we agree upon pricing and a deposit has been applied, you just need to make sure we can easily access the property if you are not present. If you meet us there, you are free to leave once you let us in. We’ll send text updates, pictures or video if requested. We try to accommodate your time frame as best as possible depending on our current schedule. Most smaller cleanouts can be scheduled and completed within a few days while larger cleanouts should be scheduled at least a week in advance if possible.
